In celebration of Spring, I decided to do a little giveaway for my readers! I’ve been making earrings out of some of my cutest vintage buttons and I’m giving a pair away to one lucky person.
All you have to do to enter is leave a comment telling me what your favorite thing about Spring is. Make sure and enter an email address so I can get a hold of you! A winner will be announced Tuesday, the 13th.
I’ll tell you some of my favorite things: flowers, the fresh and vibrant warm air, a feeling of a new start and WARMER WEATHER! I’m looking forward to spending lots of time outdoors at the park, having picnics, and going on walks at dusk.

My favorite thing about spring is how the air shifts from the harsh sharp winter wind to warm and soft breezes.

I love the scents of spring, especially the flowers and freshly mowed lawn. And the light showers instead of pouring rain. I also like being able to ride my bike and be outside more. Just the whole change in atmosphere makes me happy. And the fact that Spring is the last quarter of school, which leads to Summer! Yay:)

I love the sun! I love spending long evenings with my husband and girls outside. We enjoys walks, playing at the park, Popsicles, and grilling out! :) oh yes, and lets not forget about FLIP FLOPS!

my favorite thing about spring is pulling out all the sandals i forgot about… and wearing them CONSTANTLY. :)
The thing I’m looking forward to the most is opening the windows and letting the fresh spring air replace the stale winter air in the house…can’t wait to sit and enjoy the breeze and the sounds of spring!
i’m most excited about the warmer weather–and the fact that i can wear skirts and dresses again!

the street sweepers!!!
those machines that come around and clean up all the winter gunk (I like in Canada so theres lots of salt and pebbles that are supposed to make the roads less slippery).
My mom and I always text each other when we see the first street sweeper/cleaner, a sure sign of Spring!!
my favorite thing about spring is def the warmer weather and lighter clothes. My son is 14 months and i cannot wait to enjoy him running around in the back yard this spring and summer. The joys of a first time parent and enjoying this new stage in his life!
My favorite thing about spring is the warm weather because I absolutely love having picnics and wearing colorful spring dresses and sandals! I love it :)

My favourite thing about spring is that it’s just hot enough to go outside, wearing nice clothes, listenning to birds and looking at flowers and nature with your boyfriend (or girlfriend) and cold enough not to have to hide yourself from the sun and from too warm temperature…And it also means you can go out without being afraid being afraid of being too cold (like during the long months of cold winter you just spent,wearing lot of big pullovers,scarves and so on)!
I live in Florida now, but I’m originally from Indiana. I really miss the changing of seasons. When I used to live in IN, I loved how everything turned from this nasty brown color into bright vibrant greens and the pop of color from the budding flowers. I also welcomed the sunshine since we don’t get much of it in IN! I miss spring!
My favorite thing about spring is eating outside, whether it’s sipping a cappuccino or eating dinner in the backyard. The sunshine is contagious!
I am a new reader, but I am hooked! A favorite thing about spring? Sitting on my porch, watching my kids play, reading a good book, all while breathing in the fresh smelling air. Another favorite thing? These earrings! Beautiful!
My favorite thing about Spring is the first sun in my skin. I always feel better after my first afternoon of slumbering in the sun reading a good book, magazine or blog ;). I blush from excitement at my sun kissed skin and the warmth lasts for hours.
I love the salty smell in the air that comes from the air and the feeling that everything is waking up.

I LOVE LOVE the flowers in the spring. Especially the flower trees!
The leaves are back on the trees! My neighborhood looks so forlorn without leaves on the trees. And the foliage along our back fence is dense enough to cover the entire chain link fence, so we get our privacy back! Yay! Plus, I love eating lunch/dinner on our back porch again. And grilling!

My favorite thing about spring are all of the beautiful blooms! I love to photograph them as often as possible… their beauty is sometimes difficult to capture.
My favorite thing about spring would be its arrival…crisp mornings, longer days, the spray of colors blooming on trees.. dogwoods, crate myrtles, and wisteria make the world beautiful. And most importantly… the celebration of our risen Saviour.
I love the weather (sun!) . I also love counting down to the last day of school when I get to have my boys home everyday :)

Spring is letting your toes out to stretch and wiggle. It is leaving the windows open during the day, but covering up with a cozy blanket in the evening. It is
long walks, silly talks and being young all over again no matter how old you are!

my favorite thing about spring is that it reminds me of when Greg and I fell in love. It was about this time of year 8 years ago… my heart was filled with butterflies… will he call? Does he like me? Are we more than friends???
