As my husband embarks on an amazing 10-day trip to Kenya with Compassion International, I thought it would make me feel closer to him and his adventure by posting some beautiful things inspired by and from this African country.

I love Africa! The bright bold colors, patterns and textures…and the people! So precious and beautiful. So while I can’t travel thousands of miles this time around, I hope to visit in the future.
Where are you dreaming of going someday?

I love this! I went to Ghana-about 11 years ago… wow 17 was a long time ago. It was a wonderful trip and I’m very inspired by these artists. Especially the pieces for UO- I would totally wear those!

Hi,
I am SO excited for him and for you. I know as Adam just got back from an 8 day trip in Haiti, that it is hard work even staying here, but God is so faithful to us in our time of need. I look forward to seeing Kent’s pictures and hearing some amazing stories!
You can DO IT!
Hugs
